I was very happy with my experience with Heard it Through the Grapevine. They were easy to work with from when I scheduled the appointment to getting the reports at the end. Olivia and Laurie were great with my son. They made him feel at ease and played with him so that I could get the report. I felt like I understood better what was happening because they took the time to explain it to me. I really appreciate the care they showed me!

Clean and professional facility. Did not have to wait long to see the doctor. communicated well before the appointment and supplied estimated cost from my insurance. Dr. Carmen is attentive and compassionate and is thorough with the testing and helped me decide on the best options for my hearing.
The audiologist was very thorough and answered all my questions. What I really liked was her honesty in answering my questions. She just wasn't there to sell me something. She explained the pros and cons very well.
Great customer service, you can really tell they care about and are passionate about what they do. I got fitted for in-ear monitors here and they did an exceptional job. Highly recommend for any Audiology needs.
Excellent service in scheduling, testing and billing. Service becomes zero once you commit. Was provided 800 number of very expensive hearing aid to get support and the 800 number has no one to pick up. It does seem like the focus is to get money but not support the patient.
Realizing you're losing your hearing is not pleasant. Stephanie at Heard it Through the Grapevine has been patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the options open to me. She has been a tremendous help. All the staff there are professional and courteous, and I actually have gotten to look forward to my visits!
